Rules Exam Ready -
The 2010 Rules Proficiency Exam is completed and ready to go. On November 11th the PDGA made the announcement that all players competing in a 2010 National Tour event will be required to pass a Rules Proficiency Exam before being allowed to tee off. I think this is a great idea and all players should take advantage of the opportunity to test your knowledge of the rules of our sport. I personally took the test twice and missed one question each time. By reviewing the correct answers I became a little smarter about the sport I love so much.
